I've been trying for a week with no sucess. I have a Samsung Blast and I'm trying to play music on it via a micro SD card with no luck. I don't know what to do.... ):
adaptor?
Are you not able to get the files to the card or just not play them?  More info is needed. Most phones/mp3 players will come with a cable to plug into your computer, usually USB. When this is done, most of them pop up as a flash/jump drive (Are you using a PC with windows? Alternate drive found in "My Computer" or automatically popped up).

All I have to do for my MP3 player or phone with card is drag and drop into the apropriate folder. You may want to buy the software/cable to make things easier, but on my LG it's not necessary.
I bought the micro SD card and it came with an adapter so I can insert into my computer as a SD card. It appears the files tranfer easily, but my phone doesn't show anything there.

EDIT - I have no problem seeing the pictures I put in the card.
there in the wrong format then, most likely.

most phones don't like AAC
some don't like high bit-rate MP3
use the samsung software, it converts mp3's to something it can handle
I have a Samsung u510 (seems to be Canada only) and things were easy for me. First I formated my card and then I put it into my phone, turned it on, and then just turned it off again and took out the card. What the phone did was it added a bunch of folders on the card called MY_IMAGE, MY_MUSIC, etc. Then I just copied and pasted my MP3s into the MY_MUSIC folder, opened up the music player and there they were.

But there's a good chance my phone is different from your's.
