You can tell that its not a photoshop based on the tiny strands of hair sticking up and the reflection of his thumb on the case. its from Kotaku by the way

the pirates chop actually shows where the gta4 pic is actually legit. maybe the cover was chopped in there, but he is def. holding a green case. you can see a hint of green on his face from the light shining through the green case.

yeah, just by the lighting on the GTA case you can tell hes holding it outside, the others just look like.. well fake

Lol, I didn't make those other two pictures. I found them on another site. Many sites have this picture and many others agree that it is photoshopped. I honestly couldn't care either way. There are people that are really good with photoshop and can make things look absolutely real. I've seen them add things like shadows, lighting, etc to make it look real. I was just having some fun.

This entire time I've just been trying to figure out why Jack seems to have a slight smile on his face...

Either he's smiling because he thinks he's now got enough evidence to bash the game, or because he's high.

Now, if the picture were of him actually PLAYING it then the smile would be there because he'd be having FUN, though he'd never admit it =P
