Who still plays this game? I actually just bought it about a month ago because I LOVED the music in Brawl. I always thought the game sounded terrible and never bought it, so I was very surprised to find the music was actually NOT the only part I liked
In fact, a last week I bought the original for GC because I like this game so much
So yeah, who still plays it? It's copyright 2005, so most people have set it down, but if you still pick yours up, maybe we could swap friend codes?
Other than that, discuss the game in general. What did/do you like/dislike about it and why? Improvements from the last game or things they should have brought back? I'm curious to see your responses.
As for my personal answers, one thing that bugs me is the fact that only one wardrobe/dresser in your house will actually fit stuff...I started buying stuff right off the bat and then ran out of room to put things

Oh, you mean how everything appears on the horizon like the land is curved? They did that to prevent problems when removing the Acre system from the first game...ie everything loads at once instead of as you walk into a different part of the map.
Still, I guess I kinda see your point, but at the same time I'm not sure why you hate it...it doesn't take anything away from the game that I can see...

Ah that makes sense then. And I know that's not what you meant, I was just asking what it was about that particular feature you didn't like. I was actually thinking they should make it smooth like Wild World, but maybe the maps could be acres and it would still be flat unlike the DS installment. Then maybe when you stop and the clock etc is displayed on the bottom-right of the screen, the acre# could be on the bottom-left.

Yeah I still play it. A lot actually. I just love the fact of living the a life, and make money, friends, and upgrades. LONG LIVE AC:WW!!!

And so am I...I can't wait to learn more about it...all we really know now is that it exists. I bet it'll be released in 2009 though; AC: PG (Population Growing) was released in 2001 and AC:WW was released in 2005, so another 4 years makes sense =P

Haha, I don't blame you. I'm actually warming up to the GCN version more than I expected...I didn't figure I'd ever like it as much as the DS one, but I kinda do. I like a lot of the newer features though, especially the quicker item stuff (selling interface is much better etc), but on the other hand, I miss Kapp'n's songs and the NES games (only have DK and DKJr Math right now but still more than I have in the DS version obviously XD)

Heh, what can you POSSIBLY do in that game in 5 minutes? Pick the fruit off trees right by your house and sell them? Read your mail? Wait...actually, I guess you can do quite a bit if you're quick about it and it loads quickly etc. What did you usually do?
Well nothing. I woke up so early all the villagers were still asleep. I just walked around, fished, etc.
It was pointless...but i HAD TO DO IT.
