I was just messing around Wikipedia looking at a bunch of old handheld systems when I came across something called the
Watara Supervision.
The Watara Supervision was a monochrome handheld game console, originating from Hong Kong, and introduced in 1992 as a cut-price competitor for the Nintendo Game Boy. It came packaged with a game called Crystball. The console had a slightly larger screen and larger buttons, and its games sold for far less than the Game Boy's. The games were not of high quality, and the console did not sell well. The original design for the console changed significantly through several iterations, and the last Supervisions were sold in 1996. The Supervision was marketed by several different companies around the world and under several different names, including Quickshot Supervision and Hartung SV-100.
But what really got me was that the system's cartridges seemed similar to the DS games now, only bigger. To me at least.

The function of the cartridge is to hold data for something to process.
SV Cartridge - Hold game data for SV to read.
DS Cartridge - Hold game data for DS to read.
actually that looks like a cart for the Sega GameGear. Pretty similar at least. Well, except the bottom part, the gamegear carts have that covered i think. I'll have to dig mine up and see.

Well it says you just edited it a few min ago, and before just now the left pic of the Supervision itself was missing. Maybe the host was just going really slow and it never loaded. Anyways it's back.
