Which state has the best License Plate? Having been to three states now, and having seen most of them, my favorites are Alabama, Massachusetts and Florida.
Alabama because it's full of country lovin'. Makes me want to visit there someday.
Massachusetts because the red/white theme looks awesome.
Florida because the orange, green and white with orange fruits in between rawks! I love that 'MyFlorida.com' thing at the top as well.

First is Colorado, because if any of you didn't notice, I am crazy for snowboarding and I snowboard all the times, and I love the mountains on it.
Second, I like Wyoming because of the cowboy and horse.
Lastly, I like Maine's because of the bird and the tree.
I'm surprised that so many of the plates are so kinda plain.
it's a toss-up between vermont and delaware. i like the simplicity, boldness of the colors, and old school feel of them.
NC and MD simply because those are the two states i've lived in
Wyoming, Texas and Arizona rock too. Never saw those ones (well, I saw Texas but forgot it was so neat).

The less on the plate, the better. Mississippi's has been getting progressively worse through the last 10 years. (though the latest design won awards and is a hit with collectors).
IS this based on the generic state design?
I know florida has like 50 different plates you can buy.. the orange one you mentioned is our default so to speak.

And to think, I'll be driving soon with that plate on my car while all those other non-NJ people will have nice designs and stuff. Erm... Simplicity ftw?
Delaware's one looks coolest

Lies, I expected that one to be cool, but it's plain too.
I love Texas'. But I didn't even realize Kansas plates got updated last year.. I still have the slightly older design.
