Dell has decided to drop their XPS performance line in favor of the Alienware line that it acquired in 2006

They're not killing off the whole line, just the gaming ones.

They had a nicely loaded 1530 for $600 earlier today... lasted for a whole hour before they yanked it. I missed it by 15 minutes Sad
