Since Nintendo started selling the DS and Wii, they have been raking in big bucks. According to the Financial Times, Nintendo is very generous to its employees and each employee earns Nintendo more than those who work at Google and Goldman Sachs, the two most profitable companies in the world.

Now most of you are probably wondering how much money an employee for Nintendo generates. Well wrap your mind around this. They each will generate about $1.6 million this year. Nintendo though also estimates that each of their employees is worth more than that. You’re probably wishing that you worked for Nintendo now.

Nintendo has found something that is working for them, and it seems that their profits will not cease anytime soon.

Each employee generates 1.6 million, it doesn't mean they get paid that much.

It doesn't say each employee gets paid that much?

Look closely. It doesn't say earn, or recieve, it says generates, basically, that is how much they make...for Nintendo. If Nintendo paid every employee 1.6 million a year, they would quickly be out of business, because they wouldn't have any money left over to finance games.

...

Why are you telling me this? I already know.

I said "it doesn't say each employee gets paid that much", so what part of that makes you think I don't understand?

The part where you were asking a question.

It wasn't actually a question, but I guess I put the question mark there, so I can't fault you for misunderstanding.

I would explain further but it would be wasting both of our very valuable time. Toungue
