Taking a huge step forward in third party accessories, Datel has revealed their own take on Nintendo's Wii remote as they proudly proclaim it to be "totally wireless". Perhaps now other third parties and Nintendo themselves will get around to creating a totally wireless Wii remote. With its rechargeable Lithium-ion battery and motion sensing technology the Datel Wii remote is certainly the technology of the future.

In all seriousness, the fact that if can be charged through a USB cable is pretty cool. It will go on sale for £29.95, roughly $50 US. So we ask you, is it worth spending an extra $10 to finally get a Wii remote without wires?

Nah, I'm not liking the square 1,2, & A buttons and the ridges in the controller ....
Hideous + overpriced for no good reason = No buy for Düme.
I think Nintend0 c0pyrighted circles.

0VALS!
N0 c0pyright infringement. Take that!
Ovals? What about their logo? Ovals!

I find it amusing that it says in the corner: "For Nintendo Wii." Damn, I should have known that.
I get what Rawr was saying. Boy do I wish my Wiimote was wireless.

*cries into pillow, one day dreaming of owning a Datel Wiimote... WITH NO WIRES*

Sigh.
Let's not forget that the buttons look as though they are taped onto it.
And what about the incredibly helpful ridges?
'Cause that's really how we all hold our Wiimotes.
the square buttons look stupid
