ugh, something wen't severely wrong here wrong here.
Ponter 1: Your logo is horrible, Underlines don't look cool, harsh gradients don't look cool, a basic Sans Serif font doesn't look cool, having an email address in your logo is not cool!
Pointer 2: Remove the clutter!! Half of my screen (1024x1280) is gone before the actual content starts, Also a three collumn design is just too cluttered when you're doing a slim design.
Pointer 3: You've been drawn into all of the addons for your CMS, keep things simple, Only put things there if they are absolutely necessary. Or even better, code your own pages, CMSes are only really useful if many people are working on the same site.
Pointer 4: Test your page in as many browsers as you can, It looks horrible in IE7, you've messed something up in your CSS. The 4 browsers to test things in are Firefox, IE6, Opera and Safari
