My friend imported them (them being R,B,G,Y) from Japan before really anyone in the US really knew what POKEMON was. He was Japanese and could read it, told me the basic controls and what the menus said, and I was off.
o is green about Bulbasuar? It took me a while to remember that name.
I USED to like Pokemon.
Back when it was only Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Gold and Silver. From there I just got sick of it, so I am losing interest, I practically skipped the GBA ones, there was just too many lame new Pokemon... I am considering Diamond though.
But as for the forum, I don't think I'll join.

Back in the day Pokemon rocked, but now its old and the constant pumping out of lame pre-evolutions sucks so much. Having said that I'll get Diamond purely because I want to see if the DS can revive the Pokemon series. Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald bombed.
I used to love Pokemon but after Silver and Gold it died to me. After that it was really just almost the same recycled thing over and over and I hated all the queer and stupid new Pok?mon. 251 was a great number. Over 400 is just excessive and stupid.
