will my activity on this board reflect my chances of winning the wii, or does everyone have an equal shot?
I don't believe so, but I do remember some debate on it. Saying that if your inactive you could be disqualified, but let the big man answer this.

As we have discussed in the past, the current drawing is solely aimed at bringing members to the boards, which is why this forum's sweepstakes grew the board so dramatically, while alternate boards that followed suit with the drawing but placed several restrictions on it did not fair as well, and grew at a much slower pace.
The more members we bring to this site, the more likely potiential members are going to see an active forum and join. Without the actual Wii being out yet, it is hard to get people to start discussing it. To this end, we made the eliglibity for winning the Wii as simple as possible. Join the forum, make one post, and you're entered.
Basically, everyone that joins has an equal shot. Anyone that refers another member gets a duplicate entry. That being said, the member that wins will at least have to be around in order for us to get in touch with them.
We are planning alternate drawings to reward members for being active.
So would Dark Still win since hes Admin? Is he going to stay admin?

As dark has no say on the drawing, and I can assure you that it will completely random, I see no reason to remove him from the drawing.
As I cannot justify removing any member of the staff from the drawing, I will offer a different concession instead. IF a member of the staff is randomly selected for the Wii sweepstakes, a SECOND drawing for another Wii will be held with staff excluded. Is this acceptable?
I didn't join for the Wii (only a lil bit).....I joined 'cause I've been holding on my SSBB and Z:TP info for like FOREVER! and I wanted to show someone besides my friends...
This does sort of seem like the ideal site to hold all Wii related informtion such as buddy codes and whatnot. I'll definatly be hoping to play with you guys. =)
