I know most ppl will get the Wii version, but for whoever's getting Wii at xmas, would you wait till then and buy it with Wii, or get the GC version?

wii by far, some people think it will feel strange and gimicky, but they are wrong.
i will say wii, but i dont know whether it will be as good, as long as they fix that bow thing thwn im fine with the controls.
Why would you get it for the GC? You'd have to use the horrible GC controller.
well because the control scheme has been critisised for being "inacccurate" just little things like the controller stopping response to movement and things (which im sure will be sorted out).
I think to make up for the GC's obvious inferiority they will add cool features to that TP. So I'm actually gonna say GC.

No, they won't. The Wii has over twice the storage capacity of the GC. The GC version will have inferior graphics and probably will lack extra features.
GCD = 1.5GB
Wii DVD = 4.7GB
Only advantage I could see of the GC version is that it will be simplified with the controller. And since there is controller support for the GC, the Wii version may be lacking in dynamic attacking as first believed--like being able to slash, stab, swing, etc. will just be one button, attack.

Actually there was an interview where they said that they weren't making the graphics better, just making it support 16:9. A matter of fact, the developers said that they wanted to spice of the graphics a little bit but Miyamoto said that he didn't want them to change it.
Most likely the Wii version for me, purely because I'm interested to see how the controls play... if I hate it then I'll sell it and get the GCN version.

Doesn't the Wii version have more features? I have heard that a while ago.
Anyways, I would want to get the Wii version. I haven't played my Gamecube in a long time and it seems like the game would be a lot better played with the Wii's controller.
