You haven't really missed much, but they are great games and worth playing, especially Super Metroid and Metroid Prime.
yea i gonna get metroid prime 1 & 2 to catch and understand metroid prime 3 a little more
Good idea.
Prepare to play more of the same game when you play MP2: Echoes though, its a great game and all but the first one is better in every aspect.
yea i'm goint to get mario sunshine and loz: Wind Waker. does anyone know how many Memory Card Blockc it would take for each game. i hope i wont have go out and buy a new memory card
i actually think Weavel would be the most likely MPH character to appear since he's a space pirate and therefore has a rivalry against samus. and trace? is he just gonna stand in one spot invisible until he nails you with the imperialist? i don't think so.
as far as a "story" in metroid, there's not much of one. samus beats mother brain, saves young metroid, does stuff in super metroid (won't spoil that one), then tracks down SOS messeges in MP 1 & 2, and likely 3. can someone get a new idea for samus here?

thanks but i stiil wanna play them, just to experience it
Shes a bounty hunter... Nintendo isn't the legends of original stories.
Mario: Princess is kidnapped, Mario has to track down something to unlock things (refer to stars and shines) and then fight Bowser and save the Princess.
Legend of Zelda: Link starts, gets three items (refer to medellions, crystals in OOT, and gems in WW), ventures through dungeons, gets Triforce, beats Ganon and saves world.
YAY!
But anyway, Weaval meakes sense due to the fact that he was a Space Pirate, and don't be doubting Trace... if they can make Ice Climbers work in a fighting game then they can make Trace work.
i'm still playing them just to experience it and to get my own understanding
Weavel also makes sense since he has the blade on his arm. already melee, plus add a jet pack like the rocket pirates, and tack on the cannon... not sure how they'd really fit in the alt-form stationary gun
It'd either be his super smash move or be left off completely.
super smash move
speaking off super smash move, i wondering how'd that work.
He'd set himself into turrent mode and fire of a serious of homing blasts I'd guess.
what about trace? maybe invisible? or smiper headshot= EXTREME damage?
headshot
wouldnt that too violent for a SSB game
Well it wasn't incredibly violent in Metroid Prime Hunters. But anyway, wouldn't giving Trace his invisibility in SSBB be a bit cheap? He'd become the new n00b magnet and draw the n00b attention away from Marth, lol.
And don't start, I like Trace... he is awesome, but I don't know if he'd be the best choice for SSBB, unless they remove his invisibility.

When I saw Trace, I knew this was going to come up. Invisibility only happened when he had his Imperialist on, and he stood still.
It never worked for me, for some reason. I was always killed when I went with him. Exactly why I always either chose Samus or Kanden.
But yeah, if he had his invisibility, it would be the n00b magnet, thus being the cheapest character in the dang game.
Well in Hunters he isn't 100% invisible, those with keen enough eyes can spot him... like its hard to describe but its almost like you can see an outline or a feint shadow, but I believe he is like 5% visible lol.
I reckon if Trace got into this game he would have his invisibility stripped, and if it was in his Super Move then that would be slightly easier to accept, because well Super Moves are meant to be strong and since it looks like the Smash Orb will be an item it'll be able to be turned off.
Smash Orb
i hope its not an item, rather it should be implimented in all fights. for example theres a meter the fills up over time based on how you fight and then can be unleased. cause then it just be ppl running around and trying to get the item for the cheap win. kinda like a pokeball and hammer.
No I have a feeling it'll be an item. So that way people can't complain about being victim to a cheap Super Smash Hit. Having it involved in the fight would still be able to be turned off, its going to be optional anyway.
