First, you need a WiFi enabled game. Metroid, Tetris, Mario Kart, Star Fox, etc.
Then you need a router or Nintendo's USB connector with an internet connection (alternatively, you can go to most McDonalds or other places that are a WiFi hotspot)
Most everything else is pretty automatic. Follow the prompts and you're set.
