Maybe thay can make Link turn into a wolf as a secondary "Ultra Smash Attack", the first being the one he captures the enemy into the triforce and starts slashing.

if you can play with dr. mario and switch to mario and use him just as well, then your just a well-rounded player, therefore your skills are divided and so your not a GOOD player.

But then we'd have the same scenario we have now with two kinda different Links but ultimately the same Links... it just wouldn't work out.

No pal, my skills aren't divided, I can play with anybody against anybody anyway you want, but I'm a little better with Mario.
