There are plenty of character possibilities and worls as well... it could easily work, but voice actors would cause a problem, because as stated Nintendo stars don't talk.

The only characters I could really see having a problem with voice-acting are Mario and Luigi b/c it would be pretty hard to take them seriously with the way they talk now. Any other character you could just give any voice b/c there voices are not as iconic

Well I think Mario and Luigi's current voices are fine. HEY if I can take Donald, Goofy and Mickey seriously in KH then I can take ANYONE seriously.

Villains unite in my eyes, would love to see Bowser, Ganondorf, Ridley, Wolf O'Donnel, King Dedede ect. join forces, it would rock.

Maybe you guys are confusing what this means. A Nintendo game based on KH would pretty much mean, same battle mechanics, same concept, same idea, etc. But a 3D adventure game including those characters is a whole different story. Just a regular 3D adventure game might work.
I'm interpreting that you mean KH + Nintendo, which would be awesome, just a Nintendo version of KH would be less awesome... but still kind of cool.

Its true, I mean Sora's weapon is a Key which doesn't really make a very good blade. Link on the other hand has a sword.

Yeah but link would make Sora look like a chump. Sora would be swinging that big heavy key around and then he'd look over and see Link waving his huge master sword around like a stick while attacking enemies with some sick combos.
P.S. My brother while using Marth in SSBM always says "Link is stupendous!" in this wierd British accent while Link is hitting Marth with his A smash combo.
