Chuck Norris is DEFINITELY worthy. But Mario, yes I know he's been overdone, but he is Nintendo's mascot. And its better they do it to Mario instead of Samus or Link.

You're right about the Mario thing except the fact that most of those games are shiznit. Also you forgot about Sora's Superstar Baseball.
Enough about how Link is so much more superior than Sora, let's get back to the game itself. I think a game like this would be a great chance for Nintendo to introduce some new chars or re-introduce some old chars.

On wiki it says that Morton might be adopted or that Bowser's real name is Morton, but I think he is just Bowser's illegitimate son. Ever notice how his skin is significantly darker than his other siblings? Maybe Bowser had a little jungle fever.
