They need to make a Harry Potter game outside of the story line. Design your own wizard, pick your house, and take them through their years. Make your character change depending on different events like fable. You could turn into some goody good with a glowing aura, or end up like the next Dark Lord. It would make probably the best selling MMO on Earth.

Regardless, yes a freeform Harry Potter-style game would be very awesome, but Harry Potter itself is dumb.

Harry Potter isn't really dumb, it is young. If you read the books from year one not only do the characters grow up but the stories grow too. The first book was definatly written for children, where the last two or three were definatly intended for adults. It gets more complex, more detailed and more action packed.
