Already a success in Japan, Ubisoft has announced plans to release the game across Europe in November. Titled Brain Trainer in Japan, the successful series is supervised by Dr. Kawashima, the Japanese authority on Functional Brain Imaging - the man behind the Brain Training game on the Nintendo DS.
The game will test calculation, reflex and memory, and will feature a mode to test your brain age by completing daily tasks - sounds familiar. The game will also include online play and mock exams to test you skills.
Designed to be picked up and played by people of all ages, Ubisoft will be hoping to emulate the success of Brain Training on the DS when Mind Quiz is released for PSP across Europe in November.

Are you serious? They want to copy a game and hope it sells a system when the DS is much less in price, not to mention the price point of the DS game ($20) may not be possible on the PSP and the PSP has no touch screen or microphone, which are the entire method of input on the DS.
Hey i dont know if anyone remember but when the game Nintendogs came out, the PSP was going to launch PSPups as well, by none other then Ubisoft.
lol, even if it does happen, it won't be half as popular.. Stick with NDS

, love my nice shiny white lite ds.. *grins*
it might actually be pretty big in both Jpn and the US... im pretty suere that the PSP sells alot in JPN.. and it sell even more in the US. With the success of Brain Age on the DS, it would owkr on the PSP.. just the gameplay mechanics would differ. I wonder how will it work.
As of August 06 in Japan the PSP has only sold 1/3 of total NDS sales.
still popular regardless... only right that PSP to want to follow in DS footsteps
Yeah but as z6 already stated above-- Brain Age is already $20 for a less expensive system.
i suppose so, but theres still some people who dont have a DS. If they wanted to play it they could: a)borow it from a from with their DS [i dont know too many people who whould just let someone borrow something like that], b) buy the game, with the console spending a lil under $180.
Extra $20 doesnt sound as bad as $180
You've got to be kidding me.
If people didn't believe that Sony keeps stealing cookies from Nintendo's jar, they should read this article and, lo and behold, they will see the truth.

lol PSPups...
The pricing on the PSP would be enormous, plus the touch screena dn microphone ARE the selling points on the DS, its made so that 80 year olds (the people its aimed at, well exagerated slightly) older generations dont like all these "gizmo's and gadgets" and would't like the analogs sticks etc...
i think i could find the PSPups thing later, i dont really see it as a 100% bad thing. Just shows how much of a impact that Nintendo really has on the business.
PSPups?! Wow! I didn't hear about that, if it's true, I'm about ready to laugh and cry at the same time.
i have to admit i didnt see this game coming but i wish
the visuals could have been better the ds
considering psp's graphics are amazing comparison to ds
