This is based somewhat on what I have seen and what I hope for.
Arcade games bundled together like:
Air Hockey
Ping Pong
Foosball
Pool - this could use the wiimote awesomely, the setting up of the shot and the motion of a pool stick...cool
Darts

Other Sport games like:
Curling - Hey I'm from Canada, it would work well on the Wii (in-out turns)
Hockey - Of course, taking a slapshot with the wii is inevitably going to happen.

I would also hope for a Mario Kart game to be released in 2007, i will definitely snatch that up!

What are your hopes for games to make it to the Wii? Also comment on how the Wiimote and Nunchuk could be used!
I think that I'd like to see a fishing game on the Wii. Sort of like that Bass Fisher game.
Isn't there already one?

Rapala Tournament Fishing - ($59.99)
If there was ever a game perfect for the Wii remote, this would be it. Activision's arcade-style fishing series is released under its Activision Value brand. Although somewhat of a niche genre, past Rapala games have received average reviews. Rapala Tournament Fishing features two modes of play including free fishing and tournament fishing using the Wii remote.
Hmm...I dunno, if they were fun I'd play them.
i like your idea of a billiards / pool type game. being a lover of billiards, this thought never even entered my mind.
Yah just think hey, the nunchuk could be used as the far hand on the pool stick, and the wii mote would be where you grip. I think that could work quite well.
you should submit that idea somehow
wild wild west game, where do quick draws with the wii mote, might come with a holster for the wii mote, and you have to remove it, aim and fire, just like a real quick draw
That's a cool idea actually... wearing a holster, ha, gaming to the extreme...but it would make a duel that much more real...
lol, a holster would be good, but then there would more than likely be a way of doing it without.

beasides it might scratch your brand new wii-mote :O

p.s - 1700th Post !!! (yay!)
