my L-shoudler button isnt working like it used to cause i over used playing Star Fox Command, and when i tilt my DS lite towards to light when its off you can see to "S" from when you turn it on and the that start screen. i called them and they said i can get a new. i asked for the black DS lite, and they asked why and i said cause i have to pay $5 so it can be shipped. they said okay after that.
Ahhhh I got a new one but they said they cant exchange it for a black one because they need to give you the same thing you got before.
Well theres one thing wrong with this one.. its all good and new and stuff but when I turn off the DS You can still see a little of the picture for about 10 secounds nothing to big though so Im kinda happy :}

thats how mines started off, but now i dont notice that much. i mainly need a new one cause i'll need a properly working L-shoudler button for Star Fox and other games as well.

damn i the same to mine, but blamed it on my sister and got a DS Lite (white) and now it doesnt work properly yea i want a BLACK ONE. lol.
Its not like it destorys your DS, i'm only sending mine if it gets really worse, other than that, no big deal.

A Spot there was some water or something on it wiped it with my shirt...results not to great.
