It would, I dunno if it would silence the "WD-ing is cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeap" cries, but it'd keep them happy. Pros play pros, n00bs play n00bs, everybody wins.
i would play with the pros if my parents would take me to tournaments... my friends are really good though, we've been with melee since day 1
My friends are really good to, I had a session with them tonight... they are tops, I'm still ranked third in our group and I consider myself pretty good, so they are better lol. But still... pros... dream matches!

You know the idea of the matchmaking, would they do thing where you enter a friend code if you want to play with your friends so you don't have to always wait till you see them to play.

Maybe you could list past achievements there, or people could pull up your tournament record? Idk...

That might be hard... since Wii Points will probably be region dependant since the VC is.

Smashboards being the better chance. But if Smashboards does make them you'll probably have to be a paying member to get them.
