The most interesting control scheme so far IMO, has t o be NFS Carbons. Check it out.

it is for NFS Carbon, i saw this pic on the Carbon website. looks pretty weird. i hope u can use the classic controller for that game. just doesnt look right to play the way that game is played from that pic

You can't just always resort to the classic controller. These new games were made for the Wii controls. While it may look strange now, I'm sure once you have the wiimote and nunchuk in your hand, everything will seem so intuitive that you'll wonder why people still use regular controllers.

Seen some of the gameplay footage? The game actually looks great, I didnt expect much from it but it is good so far.

I never was a fan of the NFS games, although that does look pretty interesting. I'll probably forget what I'm doing and push my pedal through the floorboard if I get that game. XD

The steering could get real complicated with the nunchuk since it's not like it's got motion sensing, only an accellerometer which could be difficult for small movements and precise turns.

Actually, they aren't. This is a multi-platform title that was in development for other consoles before the Wii. I too hope you can use the classic controller for this game, because it's not looking to bring fun to me with the wiimote. Racing is going to fair better with a controller like Sony's, or an actual steering-wheel/pedal combo.

I doubt it, unless it's third-party. They always are anyways.

No official word, but as poet said there'll be one eventually whether it be by a third party or by Nintendo themselves (more like third party though).

judging from the new video footage of NFSC there are more then one way to drive. This one, being th emost simplist so Excite Truck may have a run for its money.

i think it actually looks really cool, i had written that game off, but i might get it now, think its not that far off from Excite truck, accept with the accelerator, i think it looks pretty cool, just gonna take some getting used too.

Let me clarify, this game made for the wii, was made for the control to be used by the wiimote and nunchuk, I've already read reviews where people say that NFS Carbon's control with the wiimote is actually really different, but extremely fun...so...yah

To clarify more, not all Wii games are made exclusively to fit Wii. I'd say roughly 80% are.
