This won't work for people with a U.S. Wii. The switching of regions only works for say the regions in Europe and I don't think anyone outside Japan can access the Japanese VC. Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm sure I read this.
Yeah that's what I thought, the 360 made that mistake so he might be getting it from the 360 since you could just change the region of one of your xbox market thingy accounts and you were able to download content from Japan and stuff.
