I'd think I'd work fair as a moderator here. Although I'm not saying I SHOULD. I'm a moderator for two other forums. And an administrator for one of the two, also.

What do Moderaters do?

No banning, although they will be a strong influence in the instance that it is considered.

Moderators are here to make sure that their forum runs smoothly and to build interest in their section. They also have access to secret "moderators only" parts of the forum

Basically, an adminstrator cannot be with the board 24/7, so moderators lend a helping hand.
