luigi has a goofy/silly sidekick personality. give him moves i'd imagine wasnt hard, in fact fun. try to find moves for this guy, and you'd wish you could shoot Pico in the head.

Yes thats true but this is a character suggestion thread so I was just suggesting him, not saying he is great or anything.

But they have an trophy display of them in Melee...so it could say that there is a possiblity for some to be in the game since some of the newcomers were displayed as trophies as well.
Medusa would be retarded, I agree. Of characters villains I would say she would be one of the worst.
the scarecrow kid from majora's mask would be cool
His name is Skull Kid but he isnt a main villain but I would still consider him to be a possibility.
