How about we put in King Dedede? He's been in the Kirby series longer than Metaknight has.

I also think that DK needs a friend from the Jungle. Put in Diddy Kong or King K. Rool!

I don't know about the rest of you, but I would love to see Master Hand as an unlockable. The only time I sort of got to experience playing as Master Hand was in my SSB1 rom using cheats. Awesome as that was, imagine being able to use all of his abilities on the Wii. I don't know how it would work though, seeing as MH has no gravity... but it would be awesome if they could find a way.

This would also make no sense, but if they had a miniature version of Bossa Nova from LoZ: MM, that would be something.

@Tonuchi: Deku Scrub...THAT WOULD BE AWESOME. The other Zelda ones would be great also and I agree with the aforementioned Dedede idea. And you're right about Ridley, I thought about that before I saw this forum. Actually, I agree with all your ideas, even Totokeke (he could use his guitar as a weapon ).

The Deku scrub is just plain horrible. But Master Hand sounds like a good idea... not controller-wise but Wii-mote wise it could work, and end up being really fun, but they're using the GC controller so if they were to implement the Master Hand it'd be really awkward.

you could play as the master hand in the debug mode for melee... i wish i could find that somewhere...

But knuckles has a greater availability of moves than sonic, and out of everybody ive ever asked, is far more popular. His winning taunts consist of punches, so you have your standard "B" attack, he could glide attack, fast-roll and all that jazz.

Personally I'd like ot see some DBZ characters, although they would be far too powerful, and ninty dont have the same rights coverage of DBZ as it did previously, so it may not be feasable (although they arent bound to a certain console, and the rights for those characters switch reguarly depending on game type etc, so talking with Bandai may be a possibility)

Also people said the new FF characters would be too real? look at snake?

he wouldnt be a clone cause wolf is more stronger and faster than fox. you saw this in assault for multiplayer.

Sonic should and could definitely make it in there. Tails....hmm... maybe they could put him in a poke ball??? Anyway, I'd also like to see another of the newer pokemon in there preferably one that is a fire type. Why not just throw in goku while we're at it.

Sonic characters would rock, plus leon, and Kalas from Baiten Kaitos.

There are so many other possibillities...

WTF. tails is not a pokemon.

cause he should have been in Melee, but he wasnt so ppl are really pushing for it now.
