because like snare said theres already a link and a cel-shaded character wont work in a game like Brawl.

That's what I like to know, if the graphic style of MR. G & W can be added (even though it's different from cel-shade), why not cell shaded Link.
2D characters most likey look fine in any game. plus all the characters have been given an upgraded look from they really look like.
