it could be a possibility the character from Red Steel, whatever his name is, could appear. Nintedo was doing some weird stuff with SSBM on upcoming games and brand new titles. he's already got the melee fighting with sword and distance with the gun. super smash attack would be the slow down where he targets all the enemies (or in a given radius) and busts a cap. maybe even disarm them if they have an item weapon
I rekon that he would be a little like Snake. but not excatly like him because of the Sword.
They should have Fierce Diety Link! He would own!
They should also have the original Kraid from the first Metroid who wasn't giant.

I would love to see clones from star wars, sonic(He was nintendo's origonal charicter) A couple rare pokemon, a lightbulb(because it would be "bright") and the Nintendo Wii with the WiiMote and numchuck as arms and D.S. and Gamecube as legs. That last one is my favorite!!!!

i hope they do put sonic in. i think it would be a nice change to seeing more sega characters

and snake being there is ruining that, but oh well. they should really try to introduce new series in Brawl. like pikmin, custom robo, paper mario, chibi-robo, viewtiful joe and so on.

chibi-robo may have been a strech but paper mario as a costume would be a lot better then Mr. G&W and would kick his ass any day.
