C. Flacon would all by himself as an F-Zero rep. There's already an AT character, so it's possible at least one new F-Zero character willl appear
I don't rember K. Rool's moves, but I remember he had unique ones.
Thing is, if one other F-Zero character was going to appear as a character then logically it would be Samurai Goroh. But now he's an AT and the rest of the franchise's characters are pretty "meh"
But there are other F-Zero character who have ties to C. Falcon and they could create awesome move sets. And there are characters that just look cool that would make a good choice.

Those are the likely canidates for another F-Zero. Black Shadow is C. Falcon's other rival and Deathborne looks cool.
