I didn't care if the ice climbers returned, they were kinda annoying to me, anyway they were the only main characters of their games i think other than the enemies they faced along the way (polar bear, little minions etc.) also what would their FS be? Polar Chill? O_o

I wouldn't expect Ridley to be revealed so soon, especially *just* after another villain was revealed.
In fact, I feel like Ridley might not even get revealed before the game's release... but its hard to say.
Sakurai could surprise and do so anyway. And I think it's about time for another vet reveal. Maybe in November we'll see a new Mario rep seeing how it's basically Mario Month. Mario does have a bigger fanbase than Metroid.

i dont think theres any real villian. the thing you could say is villianous is that bird in their Target Test. in the series that same bird would steal the IC's veggies, hence the IC icon being an eggplant.

EDIT - apart from having at least one character update every week, Sakurai starts the month out with a charcter being one being of the first updates for that month.
Bowser in July, Ike in Aug, Meta in Sept, and Lucas in Oct.
I think it was obvious DDD would have that as his jumps.
