Baby Bowser is one. Since he's cooler than Bowser Jr. But I doubt it.
Baby Mario and Baby Luigi are very unlikely... and I can't really think of any other Yoshi characters...

Nah, doubtful. Birdo never really felt like a character who deserved to be playable. Make her like she was in SSBM, or an AT.

That doesn't exactly make them boyfriend/girlfriend. They just teamed them up because no one else suited Yoshi.
Well if you can find some definitive, official proof then I'll believe it. Until then, they were paired together because Nintendo needed to put Yoshi with someone, and everyone else had partners.

as for Birdo. AT, just as daisy and waluigi, it has only been in Mario & Co. games. and yea it has been a boss in others, its really not enough. i think Yoshi will remain a solo characters from it's series.
i hope all of these 3 will be in! Daisy with a crone icon, birdo with a egg icon and waluigi with the ''W'' icon!
Daisy is already a Peach costume.
Waluigi is fit only for an AT. No offence Waluigi fans (Wii_Rulez) but he hasn't featured outsold the Mario Sports spin-offs.
