Next to AC this is one of the best movies ever mabye even better than AC but This movie has it all one of the greatest movies ever made.

ScarFace was a great movie for its time. Very real. But After watching it last night , they need a new Scarface.. another guy coming off the streets and the gutter to be being on top to evetnually fall down taking everyone and everything with him.
I say Carlito's Ways [Another Pacino icon] is a great movie next to the very 1st Godfather.
No Another Scarface would ruin it..badly Scarface with Al Pacino was already a remake of a different Scarface NOT another Remake.

Reasons AC is overrated:
-Essentially no story
-Too short
-Too action orientated
-Red XIII had only one line
Reasons its acceptable = FF-VII:AC is fanservice.
And it has no hope of comparing to an amazing movie like Scarface.

for its time, yes. back then, miami was a drug infested city. does it portray it accurately? obviously not. it was a triple A film with lots of embelishments. if you want to see drugs and violence without the hollywood touch, watch 'cocaine cowboys'.
