Ok I was talking with the Store Manager today [my boos] and he informed me that EB/GS will probaly pull alot of LoZTP games right off the self for the Wii.

Why you ask?

Well look at the bundle that EB/GS put up earlier... noticed the games..... yeah LoZTP is listed as the required game.

So guess what?

You have to buy the preordered $700 bundle in order to get yourself a copy of this must have game!

crazy isnt it? from a business point of view this is marketing rape, the demand is really high... and what better way to earn extra cash, then bundling the game with alot of other games and stuff you might not want?

Marketing savvy, but unfair to you gamers.

I can understand it from a business perspective, but I really don't want to be raped...All I would want is a Link with my Wii to hold me over til I can get more money...

yea..well dont buy eb. And demand other consumers do the same....although fruitless its the only thing a consumer can do to fight a companies decisions...just dont buy from them.

I already pre ordered it ages ago so I don't think they'll deny me it...i hope

same here morph_ball. if u have it preordered, they can't say "sorry, u need to pay $700 to play this game". this is the only game i even want for the wii at launch. if eb doesnt give me what i want, i will destroy them! hahaha {evil music}

thats why i'm going to Toys r us. the only thing is i reserved TP, Red Steel, Rayman, Trauma Center, and Excite Truch @ GS, so i be sure to have the games i want @ launch. so would the ppl who pre-ordered the Wii Bundle come b4 the ppl who just pre-ordered the game?

i dont think it will matter because i dont think too many people are going to get the $700 bundle. i wouldnt think so anyway though, because you preordered it first.
