I'll get right to the point. We're working on a article that will summerize the best DS games to bring when waiting in line on Wii launch day. We'd love if you would suggest a few games. (Special thanks to ravenkatie for inspiring this article)

If you mean you can play multiplayer with other people on the ds, then yes you can on all of the games mentioned.

I've found Mario and Luigi - Partners in Time to be a great game. Although it's not multiplayer, there is plenty of turn based Italian plumber action to keep you satisfied as you await our beloved Wii launch. Its worth checking out.
Star Fox Command, Brain Age games (for night time brain training), Tony Hawk (either one) those are my three ideas
