Which one of the saga's episodes is your favorite?
Mine had to be Revenge of the Sith. It filled in a lot of gaps that A New Hope had unanswered.
NOW we know what happened to Luke and Leia's mother. NOW we know how they got separated. NOW we know how Yoda got to that crappy swamp planet.
Empire Strikes Back is my personal favourite.
Classics own.

But yes, Darth Maul is an excellent villain.
Phantom Menace is my favorite one. I never really watched 4, 5, or 6, they all came out when I was younger, and quite frankly I didn't care about Star Wars, not that much has changed. Revenge of the Sith was just boring IMO though, it filled in most of the storyline but other than that it was a disappointment.
Empire is my fave

I would have to vote for Revenge of the Sith simply because it has the birth of darth vader and the empire strikes back at a close second........for some reason i like it when the empire wins and i don't know why?

its all about return of the jedi. its the most exciting. it has a billion parts to it. its got jabbas palace, its got the whole endor thing and the biggest ship battle in the entire saga, not to mention the most climactic saber battle in the series. it is the most cinematically satisfying movie out all of them.

Its got the most goin on in it. its got jabbas palace wit da rancor and the sarlaac pit, its got the whole endor thing wit the ewoks, not to metion the biggest craziest ship battle in all the series. also its the one with the most climactic saber battle. its the most cinematically satisfying movie out of all of them.
now, all three newer ones ( episodes 1,2 and 3) are all HORRIBLY, TERRIBLY, and DISGUSTINGLY BADLY written!! anyone in their right minds would never buy such stories that are told within these episodes. the anakin to darth transformation was such bullshit. so, he turns to the dark side to save padme, but he strangles her. o man that makes soooo much sense. i finally get why anakmin is bad. (note sarcasm). also, if obi-wan was such a "brother/father" to anakin, how could he jus watch him roast in a pit of lava. yah i kno he had to be stopped or wutever, but cmon. he should have at least pulled him away from the fire. wtf.
plus, episode 2 had the most cheesy, fake, painful-to-watch "love" scenes between anakin and padme. the dialogue is pitiful. it was such a waste of time. they needed to focus on the action, because thats all these new ones had going for them.
The only almost-decent new movie was episode 1. it had semi-believable plot points. but then again, it also had jar jar. go figure.
in conclusion, the only awsumness within this trilogy is the special effects and samuel l jackson. george lucas is a selfish egotistical retard for not hiring some writers.
I don't see how you can think episode one was the best of the new trilogy, seriously. Anakin: "Maybe I should do a barrle roll, that is a good trick". C'mon.
