Here wego, nwo everyones saying 'Zelda aint overrated yadda yadda' but they always make it the same type of storyline! It's always Link, Link, Link, Master Sword, Zelda, Gannon/Ganondorf, end. TP might be different, but i mean, the storyline is always the same!!! 4 Swords WindWaker and TP are teh only real good ones out there. I rest my case, sorry to those who think i am crazy.
Underrated: Banjo Series. They are some of the best games in the world that i have ever played and i feel that when B3 comes out for Xbox 360 that it is gonna remind every single gamer of the power that RareWare and Microsoft really owns. yes, Microsoft bought RareWare so it won't come out for anything but that. There is a trailer at YouTube, search for Banjo-Threeie. When that game comes out Banjo-Fourie is not far from it as they are working on both at the same time O.o. I rest my case.

and i think people are getting a little confused on the topic. "underrated" means most people think the game isn't that good or nothing special, but to you it's a great game, while "overrated" means most think it's awesome and to you it's stupid. alot of people are claiming games like EarthBound are underrated, but if that were true it wouldn't sell for $100 US. that's more of what's called a "sleeper hit" or just sleeper, which is a great game that not many people took the time to consider and play. i may have mistaken the difference myself with Tales of Symphonia
so let's try again. underrated: Majora's Mask. i loved the masks. they gave new life to Link instead of just a new gadget. i still want a game i can play as a Zora again

I know the game is ok and good but come on, it isnt that amazing.
Under-Rated: Predator:Concrete Jungle
A great game which I loved, unlocking the weapons and collecting the skulls and such
Smash is not just okay. But if you don't have the time to learn the complexities of the game then that's your problem.
Overrated - Resident Evil 4
Its a fun game, but it has lost more of the scary elements of the game with the new gameplay. Which of course not too bad, I also found the game was either too easy or too hard. There was no inbetween.
Underrated - Metroid Prime 1
Almost overlooked in favour of RE4, despite being a far superior title. Better single player and more interesting story to me. Best Gamecube game released.

I see not very many people have this on their must have list for launch, but have you noticed it has received the hightest review thus far on IGN beating out excite truck and trauma center?
Yea, very underrated. I crack this game out alot more than other games I have and it still pisses me off its incredibly hard and the guy screaming "FALLOUT" haunts my dreams. But on a serious note, Great game.
Overrated: Gears of War, Yea good game, but theres 100 other games just like it and better (halo 2) Yea I was addicted to it but it got really boring and I dont feel like popping it in my xbox again
Underrated: F-Zero GX
Overrated: Mario Kart Double Dash
Overrated: Kingdom Hearts - nothing but linear stroytelling and button mashing. Never understood what the big deal was about this game.
Honourable Mention to Halo. I like the games but have a hard time understanding why people are so obsessed about it. Just a good FPS.
Underrated: Eternal Darkness - one of my all-time favorites and many people don't even know it exists. If you haven't played it, go do it now.
Honourable Mention to Metroid Prime. It sold well and got rave reviews but receives a tiny fraction of the attention that Halo gets, despite bing far superior (IMO).
