Ok.. Heres the thing.
Target has like.. 85 systems.
they said theres maybe 2 people in front of the store. There is no midgnight releases around here.

But there are 4 targets within reach. One has 85, one 83, one 58, and one 105.

I'm wondering if the two person line will grow to over 80 by the time i get there tommorow at like 5 am.

Opinions? I really need advice.
the line will definitly grow and trying to get there in the morning will not cut it.

p.s. what state do you live in?
Cali but i live in the valley way out. I live an hour or so outside any major cities.
I'm alot closer to malibu, and those people don't come all the way down the canyon to get to electronics stores that are 15 minutes down the freeway.

I can't convince my mom to let me wait there though.
Hmm you might have a chance.. but I would try to get there asap.

Better to be safe than sorry, eh?
Dude i'll put it this way. If i could wait I would, But the only choice i have is leaving at 4:30 AM tommorow. Otherwise i can't go.
i'm trying to camp out but my parents are worried cause they heard all the bad stuff that happened with the PS3, but i'm trying to explain that its a totally different system.
Yeah dude, thats the same thing that freakin ruined it for me.
I've been pissed off with sony ever since they started changing stuff.
they were watching the news when i asked to camp out for wii, and right then after a report about Violence in Launching console lines came on. (damn local news.)
I'm thinking that with that many systems at so many stores, you should be able to get one by lining up at 5am unless you live in a very populated, tech savvy area.
Calabasas. If anyone is familiar with it. Its near Woodland Hills which is about an hour outside of Los Angeles. Basically the suburbs/valley.
Howard County, Maryland. very populated. the houses are literally 10-15 ft. if your lucky. i hope the divided up the wii's based on population.
Well the thing is i'm trying to judge how small this town actually is.
that is small.

what about mine?

Howard County, Maryland. Small and highly populated

EDIT: Tingle @ 1,953 posts. i liked chain-chomp better though Sad
Ow. like 10 times more than me, but then again you have to be rich to get a house out here =/
Unless it's a Super Target that is 24 hour, I wouldn't bother, because standing in a line outside in this weather is crazy, especially when there's suppose to be a fresh shipment of Wii's coming out on like tuesday of next weekk. Stay warm.
cali is nice and warm. =)
i'd rather have it sunday cause i have thanksgiving break and i'll have a lot of to play my wii b4 school starts again.
I'm in the same boat as you guys. Cept I'm Jersey, the most populated-per-square-mile state. And all my options are in really commercial areas, where people shop all the time. I've been eyeing toys r us tho, because they seem to have the most (somewhere between 80-200..?) and they took only 40 preorders and are giving out tickets...
We've been watching it throughout the day and the line has fluctuated from four people to zero on and off...
So I'm almost thinking I don't need to stay outside all night.. but then again showing up in the morning only a couple hours before hand might not cut it...
Any ideas...?
basically what i've said b4, but its totally up to you. i mean if you dont get a wii @ launch would really matter to you.
