well of course not... its a lil too much for anybody. Its the reality of how South Central used to be when I was just a lil kid.. Luckily I was blocked from alot of it. But, I remember alot of those crazy years.

I didn't think I would have to write a whole damn review to tell you that I didn't like the movie? If that's the case then maybe I should get started.. It could have possibly been the circumstances under which I watched the movie that made it less enjoyable then it should have been.
However, If the post was without a point you wouldn't have been bitching about it in the first place. -Yes Sorry to burst your bubble. I didn't think a movie would have to be made to portray violence in urban areas. I guess it just upsets me and I find it some what satirical.
The movie i guess was a bit too honest for some people.
I like both Boyz N the Hood and Menace II Society. I also like Baby Boy and a bunch of other movies like that.
Boyz N the Hood is a good movie but I wouldn't call it a "gangsta" movie at all. New Jack City is a "gangsta" movie.
Surprisngly, I remember Menace II Society. Don't remember how I came to watching it, but I remember it. I also remember New Jack City, and Baby Boy. I know I've seen Boyz in the Hood but I don't remember it. Favorite part in M2C would have to be the whole "Please man, I'll suck yo..." yeah. Boom. Dead. It was funny to me.
