Ok, so everyone fess up and be honest... The Wii is a much more Physical experience than past game consoles. I played Wii sports with my kids quite a bit on Sunday, and then did the Wii Sports fitness thing yesterday and a few Tennis Matches and rounds of bowling. This morning, my arms are SORE! I feel like I lifted weights yesterday (ok, not quite, but its that same type of soreness). My son last night was practically in tears as the muscles around his shoulder hurt (he really goes after it in Tennis and Bowling).
So how many others of you have woken up to stiffness or sore muscles yesterday or today? I'm thinking combine a good regimine of Wii Sports each day with Dance Dance Revolution Mario Mix (GameCube game via the Wii) and there could be a really good workout program here...

I'm also picturing my right arm really bulking up and my left arm still being flabby

May have to do the boxing game some more to keep my left arm involved.
My arms are a little sore from Rayman, but I've also been doing weights again so that might contribute.
Still though, either way the running games in Rayman are painful. >_<
Woke up the next day after getting the wii relatively painless, except for one area...my left ass cheek muscle part thinger... It was from playing bowling excessively because i step forward with my left foot. Turns out I did it so much, made my left cheek very tender the next day, but I still played again

Other than that I was fine. My sister complained about sore arms, and her boyfriend did too, but that was mainly because he played boxing so much. But yah, definitely a workout, which i think is great for gamers!
my arms hurt a little bit from too much boxing in wii sports. i really got into that game! also tennis was a little bit tiring.
then again, i was really moving my arms in those games!
Nope, my muscles did not really hurt at all yet. I don't know, maybe you guys just play more than me.

It must be because I have been playing Red Steel. I don't really have to much my arms that much to play, just to aim.
My legs are sore, from all the running around trying to get a wii =X
......
sry .... haha but im sure my muscles will get sore when i have a wii ... cuz im gonna play till i drop dead on the floor in front of the tv =P
After playing Wii Sports all Sunday night into the wee hours of the morning, my arms were definitely sore when I woke up. The critics can't say that the Wii will make children fat and lazy. LOL.
I hurt my hand playing Wii sports baseball My thumb was in pain lol
Rayman. 'Nuff said.
Honestly, I haven't found Wii Sports to require that much physical effort. Rayman, on the other hand, has left me wheezing and sore on a number of occasions. The running "bomb delivery" and the cow tossing are the hardest physically that I have played so far. Of course I have been deep into TP, so I haven't gotten too far into Rayman. There may be harder minigames than the two I mentioned.
And to think, I wasted all that money on a gym membership!
I should have my Wii tommorow. I will post soon after that to see how my arms feel. With all you guys being sore that must mean that it is better for your body then older consoles.
The bit under my elbows is all sore. I think from boxing.
The only real effort involved in Red Steel is zooming. And a bit in sword...ing.
Hurt me back while boxing. Left-punch, right-punch, uper-cut, and...ouch! But I just pulled a muscle, and it's fine now.
I'm sore and tired, but as I've barely played with my Wii, I think it's from sitting at this desk, not sleeping and working on the site! I can't wait to see if the games make me sore too!
Whoo! Sore = Good, finally a videogame system that doesn't cater to obese, greasy, acne-ridden teenagers! It seems inevitable that some kind of DDR-like game will come out on the Wii that involves moving your arms to a certain beat (kinda like the Rayman dancing mini-game). Don't be discouraged if you experience pain and soreness after playing with the Wii, it's good for you! :-P
Ok now I feel it in my Mucles with the Boxing it hurts a lot.
to tell you the truth:
I was at the toys r us in times square. I decided to try the wii!
I played bowling from wii sports. I tried to roll the ball twice, but I got a bad headache from trying to figure it out.

my eyes are sore but yeah i am at 1500 in wiisports tennis with my mii and im not sore at all
