Does anyone think I should sell out all my systems, PS2, SNES, XBOX, Dreamcast to buy a Wii?

EDIT: Oh yeah, a N64 and Genesis too.

Should I sell it all to get a Wii?
COULD I sell it all to get a Wii (Money Wise)

If you're wondering, I've gotten an offer of $100 on the XBOX with the games, to help answer the second question.

Not sure, but my guess is, yes. It's totally possible. As far as do you want to, that's up to you. While the Wii looks like it has plenty of fun to be had, other consoles have games that are a really entertaining experience as well. I know that I still love Resident Evil 4 on my PS2 (as you may have guessed by my avatar.) There are countless more I could list, but I think you get the point.

Yeah, I've heard stories of the Wii, here, and at school. It's supposed to be really fun, and I want it and all, but I kind of like the Halo series on my XBOX. Overall, I think I could go ahead and sell the XBOX, maybe get 50 or so out of GH, and about 100 from my PS2, and buy me a Wii. I could keep my Dreamcast and stuff that way.

Dude no, sell it all on ebay, you will get tons of more money. Even if you want a wii really bad, you could make a 1 day auction and hope you get a 2nd shipment wii, but you would still get a lot more money, do keep the killer app's out of the system, that you think, eather, you still would like to re-play, or just keep at as an honor.

I'm afraid to go the ebay way, I might end up losing more than I make.

Well, I would keep the ps2. Good games are still coming out for it. Anyway... I would go to the store and see what they will give you for it and then try on Ebay.

P.S.- I might get my Wii on Friday too.

Well. Let me convince my parents about the good things. Like the fact that it's more of a game system where you have to actually MOVE.

if you have the cash with you....dont sell those, you get 25-50% worth the amount you paid for and the memories you had with them(sentimental value?) is beyond $$ can count, but if you are tight on budget, go ahead, cuz wii will prob blow your mind away from all those things in da past =)

If you don't play the games anymore, go ahead and sell them, except for the Dreamcast and Dreamcast games.

Considering the Dreamcast costs about $15 dollars when you can find one and the games are about a dollar a piece, you're not going to get anything for them. You might be able to go through a lot of trouble to get more money online, but it still won't be much and not worth it.

Yeah, but I know an addict who would give me about $100 for the Dreamcast and all the games, but I was thinking of keeping it, because they are kind of rare around here.
