When I get my Wii on Friday, I know what I'll be getting in addition:

Extra Wiimote/Nunchuk
Classic Controller
2000 Wii Points
Rayman Raving Rabbids
An SD Card

How big of SD Card should I buy? I have about a $600 spending limit, so I can't go over that.

Should I aslo get Component Cables?
Well, your total cost will be about $400 from my quick math. Go ahead and get a 2GB SD card for $30. Why not? That is cheaper than the "Wii" edition Sandisk cards. There is no reason to get a Wii branded card, they'll all work. Mine do. By the way, HERE is a 2GB card for about $30.

Depends on your TV. If you have a TV that supports 480p, then go for it. It'll look a whole lot better
Even if your TV doesn't support 480p, it would be worth getting component cables. A standard definition TV will still produce a much sharper image with component cables rather than composite.

If your TV doesn't support 480p, you more than likely won't be able to plug the cables into your TV

but doesnt the WIi come with memory on it..How much is on it like how many games do you think could fit on it? Without getting A SD Card.
100% get the component cables if your TV supporets it, its a big step from the old A/V cables (480i). Going crazy on memory for the wii, i do not recomend however. Unless you are aiming at downloading every single virtual console game that you feel like downloading. If i were you i wouldn't get one till later in the game when you REALLY need one.
