Fourth spirit? I thought there were only three. I'm not that far yet, just started looking for the tears for the third.
I would be really interested in this as well. I'm tired of putting rupees back in the chests.

Yeah I've only been playing for 6 hours or so before my Wii-mote died..but I was all happy to find all the treasure then it's like downhill from there. Gotta' keep putting my hard earned ruppes back.
TO GET THE WALLET UPGRADE FIND 1 GOLDEN BUG AND TALK TO AGATHA IN HYRULE CITY
I have an ANT and I talk to her, and she just tells me to tell the 24 she's looking for to come see her.
1st time i talked to her with a bug she gave me the bigger wallet, but then again i was like 20 hrs into the game. just do something big, like complete a temple, then check back with her. she'll cough it up eventually
off topic: anyone need to know how to get a bigger arrow quiver? don't share out right though. some people may wanna do it on their own
Ok now I need the next wallet upgrade.
Yeah, you get the 1st wallet upgrade with the first golden bug you give to Agatha.

After collecting all 24 golden buys you she give you the other wallet upgrade. Which now holds 1000 instead of 999.
And to get the Arrow quiver you have to go to the castle. There will be a Circus tent in the eastern part of the castle. You will enter the tent and play the mini-game. You will need the clawshot to complete it within the given time limit.

if you give her one bug she gives you the 600 rupee wallet...if you give her all the bugs she gives you the 1000 rupee wallet

Go to the purple tent on the eastern throughfare in Hyrule city, best to go here after you complete lakebed temple, then complete the STAR minigame, once you do this once you get a 60 arrow quiver, beat it again and you get a 100 arrow quiver. Hope that helps.

I just got it a few days ago which is why I remember. 
one bug = 50 ruppes
match bugs= 100 ruppes
all 24 = 1k wallet upgrade.
