the office is good. it surprises me that a show that good is popular. i'd still have to say that mr show w/ bob and david from hbo in the late 90's is better. and as for current television, venture bros. is my fave.
i would't say that my name is earl is as good as the office, although i must admit it is fairly funny. surprisingly funny in my opinion, given the tv promos that are run for it. i didn't watch it for the longest time, just because of those.

I didn't enjoy the humour... plus there was no Will Ferrell.
I'm a fan of Arrested Development, but its hard to be a hardcore fan when its shown so late over in Australia.

i love the office, one of my favorite shows right now. also trying to get into scrubs,30 rock and heroes (which is no comedy, but people say is good)

Scrubs is a medical show, serious but a comedy at the same time. Gray's Anatomy ripped them off completely.
