I think this could do very well, especially if EA gets the whole Mii mechanic integrated into Sims. I'm actually not a big fan of the sims (my wife is), but this graphic alteration reminds me more of Harvest Moon and Animal Crossing (both of which I liked), so I'm inclined to buy it.

I kinda defended the youtube people. I may want this Sims, and they may hate it, but that zealot jumped on them for the wrong reasons. It had nothing to do with graphics, it was the feel of it.
This will create the same kind of commotion Wind Waker created for the same reasons but to a lesser extent.
Like Halycon said, this is the Sims version of the Zelda move for WW. It will have mixed responses. If Animal Crossing comes out looking like this I'll be scratching my head.
It looks interesting, but I hope there is also another Sims game with the traditional style.
Though, that being said. I'm more of a fan of Animal Crossing than the Sims.

This is the Sims game,I remember on G4's Feed Ticker during AOTS, it mentioned the exclusive Sims Wii game and it also said that as of now it's only a Japanese release.
DOPENESS!!! Finally a change in the average world of sims. I play it on my laptop and I dont think I can stand ANOTHER port of a game I already own, only to be disappointed as it is a watered down version. Something fresh and new. Yall fear change, but it can be good. Otherwise we would all be playing the NES still.
