when its off....the light by the power button is yellow. Does that mean its on?

The thing that lets Mii's come to the console (something to do with Wii Parade) is on.....but im not sure if its working, no Mii's have come yet.

And the Blue Light is only on for like half a seconed when i press the power button.(and ive selected bright light for Wiiconnect24)

How do i know if Wiiconnect24 is on?
go to the settings, and select "on"
And thats 100% sure that its on? Ive done that.

How long does it take for a Mii to come to the Mii parade?
same thing with me, I have no idea if its on and it says my internet connection works too
WiiConnect24 is on when you select on.. when it's in StandBy you can tell if it turns blue.. when you have the slot selection on.. and when you receive messages it turns blue and it should stay blue for a period of time until you turn it on and check your message board.

That's basically it. If you select on it will be on. Don't worry about it.
so if the blue light isn't on, that doesn't necessarily mean its off???

and can sum1 help me with the regsitiring e-mails thing, I've been trying to do that all day but I don't get a confirmation e-mail when I register, and I've tested my connection and it works every time
I cant help with E-mail....Does any one know how long it takes before a Mii comes to the Wii? Ive been waiting all day.
I think WiiConnect24 is on if your console is off and there is a yellow light next to the power button. If there is a red light that means you disables standby mode so WiiConnect24 is not on. The blue light should only be lit when you receive a new message or update or something like that.

On a side note, do any of your consoles get fairly warm when you leave WiiConnect24 on? Like when my console is off and WiiConnect24 is active (standyby mode) my wii gets rather warm. However, when I disable the standyby mode, the wii gets cool after I turn off the console. I'm just worried that leaving WiiConnect24 in standby mode all the time might like burn out my wii or something.
