It depends on which store has the higer minimum guaranteed stock. Whichever has that, I'd go there. I have two people deployed on Sunday, each at 3:30, one to best buy, other to Target. We'll see how it pans out.
Yeah im guessing the reason why they dont say is because they arent suppose to the guy at Target told me that anyway, that he wasnt he suppose to say that you suppose to find out via their weekly ad in the paper but he was nice enough to help me out for Sunday, and as far as being out of luck untill Sunday, the only chances you have before then are like Toys R Us who gets sporatic shipments and the ones ive dealt with stock them as soon as they get them so its a check everyday type deal
Yeah i called last saturday when i heard about the best buy rumor. the guy didn't know at first so he went and asked a manager..came back and told me "Aw sorry man, they told me i'm not allowed to tell you anything" i knew right then they were going to have them the next morning...but i was 2 people too late...we had the minimum 12 and i was 14...but ill be out there again this sunday
just talked to by ebgames here in nor cal. he said that they received their second shipment on black friday, but are not expecting their third until some time next week (probably early next week, like sun-tue).
they did have the classic controllers, though, which was a good thing because i prepaid for them, and they forgot to tell me that they came in ;P.
Called all the stores in my area (College Station, TX). All of them seem to be following what the others are doing, either don't know or will be sunday/next week. One thing I was surprised at was when I called TRU I was expecting the guy to say "no clue when we'll get any". But this time he actually told me "We will probably get a shipment sunday or monday". No real confirmation, but this is more information from a TRU than I've seen from what others have been told.
I can also confirm that as i called 2 toys r us and they said to check back on sunday.
Well if you are in central MA,
toys r us outside of worcester said they will be getting some in then and also circuit city. I tried everywhere today and nothing.

Just sold off my GameCube at GameStop and heard from the guy working the register that they are getting a shipment on Friday. He told people asking for the Wii to be there at 10am when it opens, and actually to get there early because they're expecting a line.
Take that for what it's worth.
Not having too much luck with Gamestop/EB's in my Phoenix... I've called several, and they're all saying that they'll receive Wii's in about two weeks.
If you plan on going to best buy, i would suggest checking to see if there is a line when the store closes sat night. If there is already a few ppl in line i would suggest camping out!

My parents will be out of state and I have to babysit my sister. This means I have nobody to give me a ride. I wanted to ask my friend but my mom said it would inconvinience them ( which is true, making them drive me at like 4 in the morning and wait four hours with me). My mom and dad leave on friday at 8, so even if eb has it at 10, I can't get it. This is so annoying...And if the mon/tues eb games doesn't work, it is looking like post christmas for me....

eb games around here said next week. they said it w/ confidence too. gamestop seems to have the nicest employees. TRU ppl always shout "NO WE DONT HAVE ANY" even before i can finish my sentence. also, my target had some in tuesday i think.... so i hope they get more in for sunday, either that or ill just be at bestbuy around 3 or 4 am.
im not going to call target until saturday though b/c they dont seem to know much and wont be selling any anytime soon.
im really hoping for gamestop tomorrow or friday though so i dont have to camp out.

probably small since they dont get shipments overnight or in the morning.
call in the morning and call around noon. if they get some in tomorrow theyll probably be for friday (if what a previous poster said is right) they they could very well have them friday morning.
but for them to have some tomorrow at open, theyd have to have gotten a shipment of them in this afternoon, and that didnt happen to any around here.

Yeah so it seems that the lines will be intense again considering this many people still are "wii-less". Thats okay with me, Im still trying to help raise a few dollars for my friend before this weekend!
