O well, I went the Circuit City route and somebody already posted all the CC's stock and mine is getting 21. They only need like 3, because my group is first in line!
I hope all TRUs are keeping keeping tomorrow hush-hush... the more i think of it, the better that Marvel Alliance bundle they're offering looks.
A warning for those looking to go to WalMart for the 6th...the 24 hour walmart I talked to said that the line for Wii's does indeed start at 8am...on the 5th. That might not be so bad if they do a midnight release, but if the 8am rumor is true...be prepared to spend 24 hours at walmart...kind of odd considering the 5th is a Tuesday.
Im pretty sure Toys R Us is keeping it under wraps because they dont wont people camping out and they dont want to make their regular shoppers unhappy with people camping out at the doors waiting for 9AM and they also want it so that the regular Toys R Us customers can walk in at 9 or so and just buy one ive been calling Toys R Us all week and they said they had no clue untill today some woman finally said check back tomorrow, so they are standing pretty firm on staying away from people camping out.
What is so bad about people camping out?
so far out of my local circuit city, target, best buy, and toys r us; only toys r us has confirmed they will have wii's available tomorrow (about 25-30)
Wewt. My friend just called me who will be waiting in front of Toys "R" Us for 20 hours straight. He said there is a sign that says, "Wii Line Starts Here." I'm definitely going in a few hours.
I hope cc has a place to start lining up! If your first in line do you just sit anywhere in front of the store?

I'm going to Toys R Us at 7:00 tomorrow morning. Circuit City is connected to it, so I'll choose whatever line is smallest. My CC is getting 15 and Toys R Us has no idea, but knows they are getting some.
They both open at 10:00 on Sunday.
If there are buttloads of people at both places, I go home and sleep and dream about how the Wii is taking over gaming.

My Target said something along the lines of "We hope to have them tommorow" when i asked about if they were getting Wiis on sunday. Do you think that's Target speak for "Yes" or "I really doubt it but it would be funny to see you sit in the cold for 3 hours for nothing"
Check the ad out tonight and see if it says anything, either go buy a paper or look on their website should be up after midnight,

Both Targets I just checked are giving me the "We don't know, sometime this week" BS when someone told me earlier this week they will definitely have them Sunday. So screw Target, and hello TRU!

They may let people for a specific store in early, if not, know where to go and run like mad when it opens...
I don't know if this is worth anything but when I questioned the manager at Best Buy last night he said their store isn't allowed to sale any until December 17 due to a contract with Nintendo. Not sure how much valadility there is in that. I'm a little bit envious of you guys the only store I had to have any Sunday was CC and there only getting 15!
