My Target this morning had motes/chuks at least 6 of each. The display case was well stocked, even overflowing with games. Supply chain is catching up with demand?

Went to TRU today to see if anyone would fess up and say that it is in fact true that they will have some on the 22nd and they were clueless. I honestly don't think they tell their employees when they are releasing any. I think only the store manager probably knows. Im hoping on going there around 9pm on thursday night. Hope that it early enough. But now it confuses since they are going to keep their stores open until midnight. Would they release it then of when they open at 8?
Ok now I just went to the Wii seeker website deal and before they had posted that they would be getting 10+ in my area for the past two days with it being released on the 22nd. Now it says bundles only with the shipment still being on the 22nd. Darn the luck.
i need nunchuk controllers. why the hell are those harder to find than the remotes? theyre jus an attachment. i always see remotes but no nunchuks. pisses me off
Going to GS tommorow and Friday when their shipments come in to see if they get any..my TRU didnt know anything when I called.
TRU had about 50 nunchucks and remotes when I went there. Snagged one of each and their last classic controller. Still don't have a wii though...
mmm whats with those bundle things at TRU... does that mean that they dont sell the console only??? you have to buy those sets???
Best Buy Shipment Update!
If you wan't one for christmas, you're out of luck(as far as Best Buy is concerned, sorry), but Best Buy will be recieving another much smaller shipment(about 10-15 per store) of Wiis on Friday, Dec. 29th. If BBY continues with their pattern, then they will be held for the following sunday, Dec. 31(mabye).
There is no doubt they will be recieving these shipments, but if someone can confirm on the sunday thing that would be great.
Also, if anyone would like me to check on the quantity that their store will recieve, just PM me and I'll be posting my next update on Thursday.
What are the bundles at TRU? Do they not sell consoles seperately?
The cheapest bundle at TRU is a family bundle occording to their website and that runs 490 bucks. I guess you won't be able to buy the console seperately? I don't know like I said I am just going off of the website that origanlly said they would be getting 10+ consoles at my local TRU's and now it says bundles only.

I managed to snag the last remote at target tonight, they had like 3 classic controllers as well!
Toys R Us sells them seperately according to the woman i asked when i was still Wii-hunting she said they usually have some of both to offer.
GS said they are getting some after Christmas, I guess that doesnt help much. Any updates on the EXACT date on Wiis at TRU?

Yes you are missing something. Go back a page or two and there are links to an article put out by TRU.
I've read the press release, but it doesn't specifically say that they will go on sale then, just that they open at 8AM Friday. Of course, they open at 8AM every day this week...if they say it, it's indirectly.
Also, do we know for sure that Toys R Us will be selling the Wii in bundles this week? The press release never even mentioned bundles.
