I am starting a group of people that live all over country that ever if they already have a Wii they will buy them and offer them for NO MORE than resale price. If anyone wants to bring this group to the forefront respond. Keep the Wii out of the hands of money hungry people.

While I agree with this on the surface (not sure about Dec 8th, but by Christmas I do think this will be true), I have to say that if you go back and read comments posted just before launch people were saying the same thing (lots of comments here about there will be so many at launch that there was no reason to stand in line, you could get one anytime you wanted last Sunday) 
. Hard to believe its only been a week since launch...
I do think that demand is higher now than even before launch (unfortunately for those still waiting). Most people that hadn't given the Wii a lot of consideration are now looking for them. I personally know three people that have played our Wii that now want one before Christmas if possible. None of these three were even thinking about buying one until they played ours. This is a HOT product.
thats what retailers are for. why would i stand in line to sell something without a profit?
If I had enough money at launch I would buy two Wii's and eBay the second, think of the profit I could make! I'd be one happy man.
Honestly, I probably would, too. However, I don't even have my own Wii, so I'm really pissed off at power sellers at the moment.
My friend bought 3 Ps3's to sell two of them to pay for the first.
All three were defective and had to be sent back O_O
By the time he gets his next three, he may not be able to make enough profit on ebay
I'm not, since it hasn't launched here yet, and I doubt it'll be popular enough over here to be the victim of "power selling."
Well I stood inline at a gamestop on friday at 2:30am, and got #4 out of 5 Wii. I froze my a$s off even though i was bundled up good, so I really don't have sympathy for those who haven't gotten one yet. I mean you wouldn't believe the people who got at gamestop at 7:00am wondering why they couldn't get a Wii.
Stand inline in the dead of cold with little sleep, then we'll see how sorry you feel for those who slept in and complained after the fact.
